Saaremaa Muuseum Uudised Endel Püüa raamat ilmus USA-s

Endel Püüa raamat ilmus USA-s

Detsembri keskel ilmus USA-s New Hampshire’i osariigis tegutseva väikekirjastuse “Lakeshore Press” väljaandena Endel Püüa teose “Punane terror Saaremaal 1941. aastal” ingliskeelne tõlge “Red Terror on Saaremaa 1941”.

Endel Püüa uurimus esimese Nõukogude okupatsiooniaasta hirmutegudest ilmus 2006. aastal Kuressaares Saaremaa Muuseumi toimetiste kolmanda väljaandena. Selle tõlkis inglise keelde Kanada-Eesti filoloog Kristiina Paul, ees- ja järelsõna on omalt poolt lisanud raamatu väljaandja Peep Aarne Vesilind.

Endel Püüa teose ingliskeelse versiooni Eestisse jõundud tiraaziosa tuleb 2013. aasta algul müüki Kuressaare linnuses asuvas Saaremaa Muuseumi kassas.
